Trace of Style
Our Role In A Marketing Plan
Businesses who use Freelancers
 Save 30% per year!

We can help a company with their marketing and design only when they need us. We save them an average of 30% each year of the cost to hire a full time employee. They don't pay us a regular salary, down-time or benefits.

Creative Service Support

Many businesses have their own creative services or marketing departments, but still need a little support at certain times throughout the year. We help these companies only when they need us. And we design like you design.

Because you've worked hard to establish your identity, we will not compromise your accomplishments. We learn your company, collect design samples, and develop lasting relationships with your artists and directors. Our goal is to imitate your style so closely that no one will ever guess that your creative department didn't do it.

The (Not-Quite) In-House Designer
Many businesses are too small to financially justify a creative department. These businesses understand the need for marketing, but don't know where to begin. Trace of Style can help. We can establish a visual identity if needed and can direct you toward effective routes of advertising. Even when there is a need for printing, fabrication, photography, specialty advertising, copywriting, etc., we help take your business to the next level.

"I've worked closely with Trace of Style for five years.  Tracey has an innate ability
to learn about a product
and design a piece that not only markets the product effectively, but also provides  a unique image. Exceptionally organized, she balances multiple projects while providing a top quality level of workmanship."

Why Trace of Style?
Appealing Design + Effective Communication = Profitable Marketing

Founded in 2003 by graphic designer/entrepreneur, Tracey Hayes (now Tracey Miller) as a small coupon advertising endeavor, local businesses quickly noticed the clean, selling qualities of the designs. Requests for logos, signage, postcards, and brochures trickled in.

Through subsequent years, Tracey used her background in Visual Communication to hone the business. Visual Communication is more than making something look "cool" — it is the art of making a project visually appealing (to create interest), while more importantly communicating a message from a business to the specific audience it needs to reach.

Furthermore, her extensive experience in advertising and in-house corporate creative departments presented to her a solid understanding of how brand image is developed, in large part, by the visual marketing a business uses. That knowledge, combined with a keen sense of business and experience in sales is the backbone of Trace of Style.

Today, Trace of Style offers Identity Design, Promotion Design, Creative Department Support, Marketing Services, Photography, Website Design and more to large and small businesses throughout the United States and internationally.
